Refund Policy

• 100% refund if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before arrival.
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 14–29 days before arrival.
• No refund if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before arrival.
• Refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days.

Please note: The total booking amount is refunded excluding the initial 20% deposit, which is retained as a non-refundable administrative and processing fee.
