Accommodation services are provided by Villa Di Sole.

Villa Di Sole provides short-term holiday accommodation rental services in Makarska (Veliko Brdo), Croatia.

Reservation is confirmed only after the booking process is completed, the required 20% deposit is paid, and the guest receives a confirmation email.
All transactions and prices are processed in Euro (€).
The deposit is processed securely via Stripe, which supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

100% refund if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before arrival.
Please note: The total booking amount is refunded excluding the initial 20% deposit, which is retained as a non-refundable administrative and processing fee.
50% refund if cancellation occurs 14–29 days before arrival.
No refund if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before arrival.
Refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days.

€500 refundable security deposit is collected in cash at check-in to cover property damage, house rule violations, excessive cleaning, or missing inventory.
If no damage is found, the deposit is fully refunded at check-out.

All guests must be registered in the national eVisitor system and provide a valid passport/ID upon arrival.
Maximum occupancy must not exceed the booking confirmation.
Parties, events, and smoking inside the villa are strictly prohibited.
Violation of rules may lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia.
